Responsibilities
Provide ZF technical consulting to fleets, working with internal and external commercial partners to support technical sales influence—seeking new customers (brand conversion), field opportunities, and retention of existing customers.
Gather and analyze information and develop technical support materials for customers.
Provide technical assistance and support to customers through on-site visits and remote service.
Deliver technical presentations and training on our products to installers/technicians, drivers, sales representatives, and students, operating in fleets, distributors, retailers, workshops, end customers, and educational institutions.
Provide technical consultancy in fleets, together with internal and external commercial partners, focusing on information management and monitoring product performance.
Collect and analyze information and develop supporting technical materials and reports.
Provide technical support for customer warranty processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced English.
Spanish is a plus.
Experience in technical assistance or post-sales support for fleets in the commercial vehicle segment.
Experience developing and delivering presentations and training related to automotive technical topics.
Availability to work in the field in the southern region of Paraná state (Casvel and Foz do Iguaçu).
