About the role

  • Product Support Engineer responsible for resolving support cases and improving customer collaboration at SEEBURGER. Working on Business Integration Suite support and ensuring high service quality for premium customers.

Responsibilities

  • Your main responsibility is product support for our Business Integration Suite.
  • This includes, among other tasks, logging and categorizing support cases.
  • You resolve support cases independently or in collaboration with third‑level support.
  • You not only fix issues but also work with customers to improve the operation of SEEBURGER solutions through appropriate problem management.
  • For our premium customers, you act as the Designated Support Engineer and ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction through close cooperation with the customer.
  • In addition to traditional product support, you assist the support team with software updates, system analyses, and projects within the service environment.

Requirements

  • You have a solid foundation in IT fundamentals (networking, operating systems, ERP user knowledge).
  • You have a sound educational background, e.g., IHK certification in IT specialist training, a degree in Business Informatics, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience in IT administration and in system or application support.
  • Ideally, you are familiar with the EDI/B2B, MFT, EAI, and API landscape and have experience with communication protocols, server operating systems, application servers, and databases.
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills.
