About the role

  • Head of Marketing leading marketing strategy and performance for Zendgroup's multiple businesses. Driving growth and aligning marketing with company objectives in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Group-wide marketing strategy and be accountable for marketing’s contribution to growth.
  • Lead and develop a blended in-house and external team.
  • Define priorities across multiple businesses.
  • Ensure marketing is tightly aligned with Group objectives.
  • Report into senior leadership and work closely with Sales, Operations, and Product.
  • Decide what matters, where to invest, and how marketing drives growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role (Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager, or equivalent).
  • Experience operating in complex, multi-brand or B2B / eCommerce environments.
  • Strong understanding of brand, demand generation, and performance marketing.
  • Track record of owning strategy and delivering growth outcomes.
  • Experience building and leading teams, agencies, and partners.
  • Commercially astute, confident working with revenue targets and leadership teams.
  • Comfortable making prioritisation decisions in fast-moving environments.
  • Skilled at reporting on metrics, data, and insights (preferably with Hubspot experience).
