Responsibilities
Own the Group-wide marketing strategy and be accountable for marketing’s contribution to growth.
Lead and develop a blended in-house and external team.
Define priorities across multiple businesses.
Ensure marketing is tightly aligned with Group objectives.
Report into senior leadership and work closely with Sales, Operations, and Product.
Decide what matters, where to invest, and how marketing drives growth.
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role (Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager, or equivalent).
Experience operating in complex, multi-brand or B2B / eCommerce environments.
Strong understanding of brand, demand generation, and performance marketing.
Track record of owning strategy and delivering growth outcomes.
Experience building and leading teams, agencies, and partners.
Commercially astute, confident working with revenue targets and leadership teams.
Comfortable making prioritisation decisions in fast-moving environments.
Skilled at reporting on metrics, data, and insights (preferably with Hubspot experience).
