About the role

  • Head of Marketing responsible for developing strategies and overseeing brand management in a leading manufacturing company. Focusing on digital transformation, team leadership, and international collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals, with a focus on digital transformation and lead generation
  • Own the corporate brand, including brand building and further development
  • Lead, motivate and develop the marketing team
  • Expand and maintain a consistent brand presence with international partners
  • Manage press relations, campaigns, social media activities, internal communications and traditional marketing events, especially trade shows
  • Expand marketing channels, content strategy and marketing automation to support the digital sales strategy
  • Establish KPIs and controlling to measure the success of all marketing activities
  • Select, manage and oversee external service providers
  • Implement efficient processes within the marketing function
  • Budget responsibility

Requirements

  • Degree in marketing, digital media or a related field, or extensive professional experience with relevant further training
  • Several years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, with broad expertise in both offline and digital marketing (trade shows, content marketing, lead generation, SEO/SEA, social media, campaigns, PR, internal communications, e-commerce, communications)
  • Leadership experience or strong leadership skills
  • Strong conceptual and execution skills, digital competence and a hands-on mentality
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills
  • Ability to collaborate with sales, design/engineering and development teams
  • Very good German and English language skills
