Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals, with a focus on digital transformation and lead generation
Own the corporate brand, including brand building and further development
Lead, motivate and develop the marketing team
Expand and maintain a consistent brand presence with international partners
Manage press relations, campaigns, social media activities, internal communications and traditional marketing events, especially trade shows
Expand marketing channels, content strategy and marketing automation to support the digital sales strategy
Establish KPIs and controlling to measure the success of all marketing activities
Select, manage and oversee external service providers
Implement efficient processes within the marketing function
Budget responsibility
Requirements
Degree in marketing, digital media or a related field, or extensive professional experience with relevant further training
Several years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, with broad expertise in both offline and digital marketing (trade shows, content marketing, lead generation, SEO/SEA, social media, campaigns, PR, internal communications, e-commerce, communications)
Leadership experience or strong leadership skills
Strong conceptual and execution skills, digital competence and a hands-on mentality
Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills
Ability to collaborate with sales, design/engineering and development teams
Very good German and English language skills
