Responsibilities
Qualify and interview applicants: Call educators as they sign up for Zen Educate, assess their experience and preferences, and schedule them for interviews when they meet our criteria.
Build value and excitement: Share Zen Educate’s mission and explain how we can help them find the perfect position.
Collaborate with the team: Work with recruiters to transition candidates smoothly through screening, document collection, and onboarding.
Make an impact: Help place amazing educators into classrooms, filling critical staffing needs in schools across the US.
Test and innovate: Experiment with new tools and systems - including AI technologies - to improve the way we recruit.
Think like an owner: Contribute ideas, take initiative, and learn what it’s like to grow a mission-driven tech startup from the ground up.
