Responsibilities
Operational and strategic responsibility for our online shop.
Optimize the shop for conversion, UX, sales funnel, and customer journey.
Maintain and optimize product data and content in the shop.
Build, manage and optimize tracking solutions (e.g., GA4, Tag Manager, server-side tracking).
Set up and maintain pixels, tags, events, and custom conversions.
Implement and test A/B test setups.
Collaborate with developers or agencies on technical developments.
Derive growth and optimization measures based on data.
Support the implementation of automated processes.
Requirements
Degree in business, computer science, e-commerce, or an equivalent qualification.
Several years' experience in e-commerce — ideally in the supplements, fitness, health, or food sector.
Technical affinity and experience with tools such as Google Tag Manager, GA4, server-side tracking, and feed management.
Basic programming knowledge (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) — sufficient to implement tracking codes, make shop adjustments, and perform debugging.
Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
Fluent German and good written and spoken English.
