Responsibilities
Maintain business customer employee data, including new hires, updates, terminations, tax details, and pension-related information.
Absence and attendance registration and handling.
Registration of payroll data input (e.g., deductions, benefits, bonuses and new salaries).
Handling service requests through Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system - SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) and inquiries by phone*.
Performing any additional tasks, linked to the primary scope of the position.
*Not a call center position – the majority of communication is written, with a moderate call volume (~15 - 20 calls/day). These typically involve resolving inquiries related to data accuracy, payroll calculations, or technical support.
Requirements
Fluency in German and strong command of English.
