About the role

  • Junior HR Data Administration Specialist managing employee data and payroll service requests. Engaging with SAP systems in a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain business customer employee data, including new hires, updates, terminations, tax details, and pension-related information.
  • Absence and attendance registration and handling.
  • Registration of payroll data input (e.g., deductions, benefits, bonuses and new salaries).
  • Handling service requests through Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system - SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) and inquiries by phone*.
  • Performing any additional tasks, linked to the primary scope of the position.
  • *Not a call center position – the majority of communication is written, with a moderate call volume (~15 - 20 calls/day). These typically involve resolving inquiries related to data accuracy, payroll calculations, or technical support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and strong command of English.
  • A genuine enjoyment of communication, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Attention to detail and precision in handling data.
  • Tech-savvy with eagerness to work with advanced systems like SAP.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a positive, adaptable attitude.
  • A desire to grow professionally and contribute to a collaborative team.
  • Nice-to-haves (not mandatory): Prior experience in data management, customer service, or accounting.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, especially SAP systems.
