Requirements
Client and Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to clients, building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships at all levels.
Project Delivery: You’ll have experience of working on and delivering projects for National Security clients from either a consulting, business analysis or project management perspective.
Commercial and Financial Insight: Responsible for the commercial success of your key accounts, overseeing profitability, communicating value, and identifying growth opportunities.
Team Dynamics and Leadership: A strong team player, you’ll be a champion for positive team culture, identifying and proactively addressing issues within team dynamics.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation: You will drive new-thinking and continuous improvement across our teams.
