About the role

  • Client Manager responsible for maintaining commercial client accounts and managing relationships with insurance companies. Ensuring accurate documentation and proper communication within the agency and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain client files in Agency Management System accurately and consistently
  • Compose professional business correspondence
  • Monitor claims as outlined by agency procedures
  • Provide guidance and assistance to the insured in coordination with claims
  • Attend client meetings with the Advisor or Director Risk Management

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Commercial Account Manager role
  • Obtain and maintain a state insurance license(s)
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
