About the role

  • Executive Assistant providing vital support to Digital & Technology leaders at Yum! Ensuring smooth operations, efficient calendar management, and effective team coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Support leadership and departmental efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage day-to-day calendar management, team event coordination, and travel management.
  • Create and maintain reports to support executive decision-making.
  • Provide organizational support including expense reports and meeting arrangements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling executive matters.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of administrative experience supporting senior leaders with extensive working knowledge of general office practices.
  • Strong experience booking and coordinating international travel.
  • Experience working with Global teams and managing international time zones.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, flexible, solution-oriented and strong team player.
  • Must be highly organized with strong follow-up and the ability to perform multiple and changing priorities successfully with little direction.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal and interpersonal skills.
