Responsibilities
- Estratégia de IA e Dados: Definir e Executar o roadmap de Inteligência Artificial (Tradicional, Generativa e Preditiva) para otimizar toda a cadeia de valor da Ypê.
- Arquitetura Empresarial: Desenhar e manter a arquitetura de sistemas, dados e integrações, garantindo integração fluida e baixa dívida técnica.
- Cultura de Inovação: Apoiar a mudança cultural para um modelo data-driven & AI First, capacitando as áreas de negócio a utilizarem soluções digitais de forma autônoma.
- Governança de TI.
Requirements
- Graduação na área de tecnologia (obrigatório);
- Vivência sólida em posições de liderança em empresas de manufatura ou bens de consumo, com casos concretos de implementação de ferramentas e cultura de dados/inteligência artificial, especialmente nas áreas de manufatura, logística, vendas e RH.
- Desejável Experiência em ecossistemas de inovação, startups e tecnologias emergentes.
- Conhecimento em frameworks de arquitetura (TOGAF), metodologias ágeis (SCRUM), ecossistema de dados (Databricks), sistemas de mercado (S/4HANA, Salesforce e TOTVS RM)
- Atuação em Campinas ou São Paulo, com disponibilidade para Amparo/SP.
