About the role

  • Facilitator responsible for delivering impactful learning experiences at PwC across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats. Focused on continuous improvement and collaboration with designers and program leads.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate engaging and impactful learning sessions across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
  • Deliver core and bespoke programs aligned to business priorities and capability frameworks.
  • Ensure learning experiences are inclusive, learner-centric, and aligned with adult learning principles.
  • Provide input into content design by reviewing materials and offering feedback based on delivery experience.
  • Collaborate with instructional designers and program leads to ensure readiness and relevance of learning materials.
  • Contribute to post-session debriefs and feedback loops to inform continuous improvement.
