About the role

  • Managing resident admissions and scheduling for a leading German nursing home operator. Engaging with medical staff and families for optimal resident care and placement.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling, appointment coordination and admission of residents to the facility
  • Pre- and post-admission support for resident admissions
  • Acquisition of new residents through close and regular contact with physicians, hospitals and other external referral partners
  • Conducting conversations with residents and their family members — complaint management
  • Conducting advisory discussions on care needs with prospective residents, family members and our current residents
  • Administrative tasks related to occupancy management, e.g. preparing facility contracts
  • Creation and management of care documentation

Requirements

  • Completed training as a nursing professional or as a registered nurse
  • Experience with IT-based/electronic documentation systems
  • Customer-oriented, team-player, confident and solution-focused working style
  • High level of interpersonal skills
