About the role

  • Aufnahme- und Belegungsmanager managing admissions and placements for a leading nursing home operator. Involves coordination with residents, families, and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating appointments and admissions of residents to the facility
  • Providing pre- and post-admission support for residents
  • Acquiring new residents, including close and regular contact with physicians, clinics and other external referrers
  • Conducting discussions with residents and their relatives — complaints management
  • Providing consultations on care needs with prospective residents, relatives and current residents
  • Administrative tasks related to occupancy management, such as preparing care home contracts
  • Creating and maintaining care documentation

Requirements

  • Completed training as a qualified nurse or health and nursing professional
  • Familiarity with computer-based/electronic documentation systems
  • Customer-oriented, team-player, confident and solution-focused work style
  • Strong interpersonal skills
