Responsibilities
Planning and conducting wound rounds, wound documentation, and preparing wound anamneses
Providing optimal wound prophylaxis and preventing or minimizing pain
Supporting treating physicians, e.g., with conventional wound care
Assisting in the training of our nursing staff
Providing individualized basic and treatment care for residents
Documenting the nursing care process for each resident
Ensuring care quality together with the on-site team
Being attentive and available to residents and their relatives
Requirements
Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse, geriatric nurse and/or health and nursing professional with additional training in wound management
Team player with empathy when interacting with residents and colleagues
Independent, solution-oriented working style
Willingness to work all shifts
Basic IT affinity/comfort with IT systems
