About the role

  • Executive Business Partner providing strategic support to the Chief Revenue Officer at You.com. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic support as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CRO, supporting high-level decision-making.
  • Research and prepare materials for key meetings, presentation, and business reviews.
  • Collaborate with the CRO on planning and executing the revenue strategy, tracking progress, and identifying risks or opportunities.
  • Oversee the CRO’s daily operations, ensuring priorities are aligned and time is spent on high-impact tasks.
  • Maintain and manage the CRO’s calendar, scheduling meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle email correspondence, meeting notes, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives, liaising with teams such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to drive execution.
  • Act as a representative of the CRO in meetings, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
  • Prepare concise, actionable summaries and updates for the CRO when they are unavailable.
  • Take ownership of special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CRO, from concept to delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems that support the CRO’s goals and You.com’s revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience providing executive-level support.
  • Proven ability to support multiple executives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Intense curiosity and a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, with flexibility to work in-office in San Francisco as needed.
