Responsibilities
develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify, qualify, and convert high-value prospects for services and solutions
build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
apply a consultative approach to understand client business challenges and articulate how our solutions deliver tangible value
independently lead complex negotiations, structuring deals that maximize value for both clients and our company
monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies
provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to departmental planning and strategy
develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities
proactively identify and secure opportunities to expand client engagements through additional services and solutions
provide guidance to junior team members, sharing best practices and contributing to team development
Requirements
fluent in German and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory
knowledge of French or Swedish is highly desirable
5+ years of successful B2B sales experience in software/SaaS sales
proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
experience in prospecting
experience selling technical solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers
knowledge of software market landscape and partner ecosystem is a plus
good understanding of software product development in different market segments (e.g. industrial, automotive, medical & life science, finance)
good understanding of software development life cycle
familiarity with software quality, security solutions, and/or version control system
exceptional communication and presentation skills across different organizational levels
strong negotiation abilities and commercial acumen
advanced proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
adept at analyzing client needs and tailoring solutions to address specific business challenges
ability to define tailored value proposition for Customers
