Responsibilities
Execute contracts in accordance with commitments
Secure program deliverables while meeting schedule, cost, and quality requirements
Lead and engage cross-functional contributors
Establish and manage resources, internal teams, and subcontractors
Ensure alignment of performance, cost and schedule, and provide reporting
Contribute to the preparation of technical and commercial proposals
Requirements
Strong knowledge of stakeholders, organizations, and competitors in the Defense sector
Preparation and negotiation of commercial proposals
Project management
Experience responding to tenders / requests for proposals (RFPs)
Technical background to support discussions with clients
Ability to ensure technical, financial, and contractual consistency of proposals
Excellent written communication skills in French and English (German is a plus)
