About the role

  • Manager Client Sales & Insights at Circana partnering with Costco. Delivering strategic insights and recommendations based on market data and client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Step into a pivotal role partnering directly with Costco’s merchandising teams in Issaquah, WA
  • Deliver strategic, insight‑driven guidance across their business
  • Collaborate closely with retailer stakeholders and cross-functional Circana teams
  • Transform complex, high‑volume data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Dive deep into retailer‑level performance, household purchasing behaviors, business reviews, and custom projects
  • Advocate for the client’s needs while identifying new opportunities to grow our partnership

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, account management, or client-facing related roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, marketing, or a related field required
  • Proven ability to translate data and analysis into meaningful insights utilizing advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in Java is preferred
  • Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; keen attention to detail and flawless execution
  • Creative problem solver with a passion for learning new technologies and change management
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently, take initiative, and achieve goals
  • Ability to travel as needed
