About the role

  • SMB Account Executive growing Yoodli's reach in small & medium business segments. Owning the sales process from initial contact to signed contract while collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive discovery and clearly tie buyer challenges to Yoodli’s differentiated value
  • Manage fast-moving opportunities with urgency and consistency
  • Own your pipeline and build pipeline via outbound, partnerships, and demand follow-up
  • Collaborate across GTM to improve messaging, playbooks, and handoffs
  • Share learnings with the team - help us get better, faster

Requirements

  • 2-5 years in B2B SaaS sales or SDR/AE hybrid experience
  • Strong emotional intelligence—you can read subtle buyer signals and adjust accordingly
  • Growth mindset - open to coaching, feedback, and ongoing skill development
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar value-based methodologies
  • Highly organized with CRM discipline and attention to detail
  • Comfortable respectfully challenging buyer assumptions to create urgency
  • Team-first mindset—you're coachable, iterative, and eager to help others win
  • Based in Seattle or open to relocating - we work in person at AI House 3+ days a week
