  • Customer Success Manager driving customer success and retention for complex enterprise clients using AI-powered platform. Owns strategic relationships, adoption, and value realisation across key accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategic client relationships and manage customer success for complex clients
  • Drive customer adoption and value realisation
  • Lead Executive Reviews and operational reviews
  • Act as a trusted advisor on best practices
  • Identify potential challenges and opportunities early
  • Leverage data to support decisions and influence outcomes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Support teams
  • Partner with Product teams to feedback market insights into the product roadmap

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Customer Success, Client Relationship Management, or Consulting within B2B SaaS
  • Experience with retail operations
  • Confident and client-facing with senior stakeholders
  • Data-driven and able to influence decisions
  • Initiative and accountability for results
  • Problem-solving skills in complex situations
  • Organised in managing competing demands
