Responsibilities
- Program and oversee the execution of routine maintenance works to keep the road network assets in excellent condition.
- Implement a planned maintenance program (preventive and corrective maintenance).
- Supervise a team of 5 staff: allocate tasks, monitor progress and ensure quality of execution.
- Enter data into the CMMS (GMAO) after completing a comprehensive inventory.
- Perform routine maintenance of road equipment and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of street furniture.
- Ensure user safety by complying with temporary traffic signage standards.
Requirements
- Education or significant experience in the following areas: maintenance, road works, traffic signage (vertical and horizontal), and street furniture.
- Ability to use computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS/GMAO).
- Knowledge of GIS and georeferencing systems.
- Hold a valid Category B driving licence.
- Understanding of the operation of a street furniture maintenance service.
- Familiarity with the local government environment and public procurement procedures.
- Proven experience in supervising a team.
- Comfortable using IT tools.
- Ability to produce clear, well-documented intervention reports.
