Requirements
- French diploma Bac+2 (e.g., BTS Anabiotec) or Bac+3 (e.g., DETLM)
- Experience managing teams in a medical environment, laboratory or healthcare facility
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage priorities and work cross-functionally
- Team-oriented with a collaborative leadership approach
- Respect for medical confidentiality and compliance with hygiene and safety standards
