About the role

  • New Business Manager responsible for acquiring B2B customers in Technology & Data. Collaborating closely with marketing and account management to drive sales results.

Responsibilities

  • Active new client acquisition in the B2B environment (outbound via phone, LinkedIn, email)
  • Qualify, develop and close new business opportunities for complex, consultative digital services
  • Close collaboration with marketing to develop and leverage campaigns, sales assets and lead formats
  • Work together with our account managers to: create new sales initiatives within existing accounts
  • Systematically identify and capture cross- and upselling opportunities
  • Manage your pipeline in the CRM including forecasts, KPIs and close rates
  • Own inquiries, pitches, proposals and contract closures
  • Actively contribute to the design of sales approaches, processes and go-to-market strategies

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in B2B new business sales (agency, IT, SaaS, platforms or similar)
  • Proven track record of closing complex or consultative services
  • 'Hunter' mentality: drive, self-responsibility and strong closing skills
  • Understanding of marketing-driven lead generation and campaigns
  • Structured working style and enjoyment of CRM-based sales management
  • Confident presence at senior decision-maker level
  • Appetite for responsibility, performance and professional growth
