About the role

  • ICT-Service Manager managing IT projects and system integration at Vinci Energies. Leading cloud projects and ensuring the support of IT systems in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Independently lead, coordinate and implement cloud migration projects
  • Coordinate internal departments as well as external partners and service providers
  • Support the rollout of new applications, including integration, testing, documentation and go-live
  • Ensure operation and support of systems after migration
  • Analyze and resolve incidents and structural issues

Requirements

  • Completed university degree or vocational training as an ICT specialist (Informatiker EFZ)
  • Several years of experience in project management
  • Strong service and customer orientation
  • Good communication skills
  • High degree of initiative and quick comprehension (fast learner)
  • Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
  • Fluent written and spoken German and good command of English
  • Knowledge of French is an advantage
