Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate production with the agency, ensuring alignment on deadlines, scope, and delivery quality
Plan and manage social media channels, including briefing, creative direction, production oversight, and content approval
Develop and execute the digital presence strategy for social channels, aligned with brand objectives
Create and maintain the content calendar and cadence, ensuring editorial consistency, posting frequency, and strategic alignment
Gather content inputs from internal areas, working collaboratively and cross-functionally
Define target personas and thematic pillars to guide content production on social channels
Plan strategic content initiatives, including audiovisual productions and influencer partnerships when applicable
Monitor and support social media customer service strategies, ensuring consistency with brand positioning
Prepare performance reports and perform continuous monitoring of results, proposing improvements based on data analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Social Communication, Marketing, or related fields
Knowledge of Content Marketing and Influencer Marketing
Experience producing content for social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and blogs
Experience in strategic and tactical planning
Experience with influencer marketing, including influencer relations and management
Experience presenting plans and creative ideas to diverse audiences
Experience with real-time event coverage
360° strategic vision with the ability to integrate different areas of activity
