Requirements
8-11 years of experience in testing of ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CMDB modules in ServiceNow
Must have Automation and UFT experience
Experience with Testing of ServiceNow ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management or other ITSM application
Experience with defect Management tools (HP ALM/JIRA etc)
Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow
Experience in Agile Development/Methodologies
Must have good exposure to metrics capturing, report generation and dashboard
Excellent troubleshooting skills in any application
Good oral and written communication skills and problem solving skills
Ability to work in a team focused environment across multiple projects
Exposer of working with a demanding customer
Strong communication, Strong presentation and writing skills
Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members
Experience in leading a team
Good knowledge on excel for comparing huge datasets
