Scrum Master supporting IT Asset Management teams for PNC's ServiceNow transformation initiative. Facilitating Agile practices and ensuring delivery excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as Scrum Master for the ITAM crew, with potential to support up to two crews as the program scales
Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Partner closely with Product Owners, BSAs, QEs, and other team members to ensure alignment, transparency, and delivery of sprint goals
Coach the team on Agile and Scrum best practices, fostering continuous improvement and high performance
Remove impediments and manage dependencies across teams within the broader ServiceNow transformation
Ensure work is well-tracked and visible using Jira and Confluence
Promote strong collaboration across IT and business stakeholders
Requirements
Proven experience as a Scrum Master on complex, fast-paced initiatives
Strong Agile and Scrum expertise with the ability to confidently lead established teams
Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) strongly preferred
Experience working on ServiceNow implementations or transformations is a plus
Familiarity with IT Asset Management (ITAM) concepts or IT service management environments
