Responsibilities
Manage and enhance IT Operations Management (ITOM) capabilities within the ServiceNow platform
Support and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Knowledge Management processes
Perform data quality audits and maintain CMDB accuracy
Collaborate with IT operations and infrastructure teams for data validation and CI management
Serve as the primary analyst for the Knowledge Management module in ServiceNow
Requirements
3+ years of experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM)
Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping
Experience in Configuration Management Database (CMDB) administration
Familiarity with data integration via REST/SOAP APIs
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize effectively
