About the role

  • ServiceNow Analyst II responsible for enhancing IT Operations Management and Configuration Management Database. Ensuring data integrity and supporting Knowledge Management processes within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance IT Operations Management (ITOM) capabilities within the ServiceNow platform
  • Support and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Knowledge Management processes
  • Perform data quality audits and maintain CMDB accuracy
  • Collaborate with IT operations and infrastructure teams for data validation and CI management
  • Serve as the primary analyst for the Knowledge Management module in ServiceNow

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM)
  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping
  • Experience in Configuration Management Database (CMDB) administration
  • Familiarity with data integration via REST/SOAP APIs
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize effectively
