About the role

  • Account Manager driving business development for a fast-growing multi-asset CFD broker. Focused on client acquisition and relationship building in a dynamic, diverse team.

Responsibilities

  • Convert leads into active, funded clients through effective communication and personalized support.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs, including revenue, client acquisition, and retention targets.
  • Build strong client relationships by providing market insights and tailored solutions.
  • Submit accurate daily and weekly reports on client activity, performance metrics, and lead status.
  • Stay updated on Forex market trends and communicate relevant updates to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or any related field
  • Experience in sales or Customer Support in CFD, forex, stocks, crypto, real estate, and insurance industries is a plus
  • Excellent English skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent Tagalog skills (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in additional dialects or languages, such as Bisaya, Ilocano, Bicolano, or similar, is considered an advantage.
