About the role

  • Agente de Atendimento Ativo engaging restaurant partners through a food delivery app. Focus on sales strategies and enhancing partner visibility within the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Contact partners (restaurants) that have recently experienced a decline to re-engage them with the app, helping generate new orders and boost their sales.
  • Offer campaigns, discount coupons, menu setup and any other support needed for them to gain more visibility on the platform.
  • Propose affordable promotional investment options.
  • Manage and overcome leads' objections to close sales.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Ability to work in a remote (home office) model;
  • Have an appropriate home office setup (desk, chair and a quiet environment);
  • Reside in São Paulo / Greater São Paulo;
  • Availability to work on-site at the Vila Olímpia office when required by the company/leadership;
  • Wired internet connection with speeds over 10 Mbps (do not use Wi‑Fi);
  • Mobile phone with a SIM card and good signal reception for receiving SMS;
  • Ability to use multiple work platforms (Zendesk, WhatsApp, phone, chat and Microsoft Office);
  • Experience in sales/customer service.
