Responsibilities
Lead the design of the talent and succession management strategy and approach for XLT and Board
Oversee cyclical activity for talent management practices for Remuneration Committee
Ensure the design and implementation of Xero’s full leadership strategy with a view to deepening leadership capability
Oversee the design of the talent and succession management strategy and approach for XLT and Board
Partner with executive leadership, PX Business Partners and Employee Experience team to drive a culture of high performance
Provide leadership and coaching to the team and effectively manage anticipated demand and capacity within the team
Requirements
Experience in designing and implementing talent management, leadership, learning strategies and initiatives globally, at scale.
Experience working within a fast paced, growing global industry.
Experience working in or with complex matrixed global organisations, including Board engagement.
Experience leading a large scale cultural or learning & development intervention.
Proven track record in the execution of strategic and operational OD and change, with the ability to move between strategy and execution.
Experience in advocating for a change or movement and influencing senior stakeholders.
Experience leading global teams.
Experience in leadership coaching, desired.
Willingness to travel.
