About the role

  • Drive the go-to-market strategy for new product launches at Xero, empowering small businesses by managing the end-to-end customer journey and leading cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • drive the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, ensuring they deliver maximum value to customers
  • act as a strategic orchestrator, aligning teams and executives around data-backed commercial plans
  • identify growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives contributing to strategic priorities
  • manage the end-to-end customer journey for new offerings to empower small businesses
  • lead cross-functional working groups to address blockers and manage project dependencies
  • design and map the ideal customer journey to optimize awareness and conversion at every touchpoint

Requirements

  • background in go-to-market, strategy, or product management, ideally within a SaaS environment
  • natural ability to lead through influence, building relationships based on trust and transparency with diverse stakeholders
  • analytical mindset allowing you to use data and commercial acumen to solve complex, ambiguous problems
  • possession of an ownership mindset and project management discipline required to lead multiple streams of work in a fast-paced setting
  • ability to communicate recommendations easily, whether presenting to executives or tailoring messages for regional teams
  • collaborative and low-ego approach valuing different perspectives to achieve a common goal
