About the role

  • Brand Relation Manager at socialPALS managing client relationships and advising on strategic marketing initiatives. Focusing on long-term partnerships with brands from various sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a dedicated portfolio of existing clients
  • Primary point of contact for brand clients at socialPALS
  • Providing strategic advice to brands on using the platform
  • Taking strategic and operational responsibility for client relationships
  • Proactively identifying opportunities and preparing structured recommendations
  • Close collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Product teams

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in account or project management
  • Confident, structured use of tools such as CRM systems, Asana and spreadsheets/Excel
  • Basic understanding of online marketing, social media and digital campaigns
  • Ideally, experience in strategic planning or evaluation of advertising measures
  • Clear and respectful communication internally and externally
  • Ability to work independently and enthusiasm for long-term client development
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
