Responsibilities
Managing a dedicated portfolio of existing clients
Primary point of contact for brand clients at socialPALS
Providing strategic advice to brands on using the platform
Taking strategic and operational responsibility for client relationships
Proactively identifying opportunities and preparing structured recommendations
Close collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and Product teams
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in account or project management
Confident, structured use of tools such as CRM systems, Asana and spreadsheets/Excel
Basic understanding of online marketing, social media and digital campaigns
Ideally, experience in strategic planning or evaluation of advertising measures
Clear and respectful communication internally and externally
Ability to work independently and enthusiasm for long-term client development
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
