About the role

  • New Product Commercialisation Manager at Xero driving go-to-market strategy for new product launches. Leading cross-functional teams to align on commercial plans and optimize customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • play a critical role in driving the go-to-market strategy for new product launches
  • act as a strategic orchestrator, aligning teams and executives around data-backed commercial plans
  • identify growth opportunities and prioritise initiatives contributing to Xero’s strategic priorities
  • manage the end-to-end customer journey for new offerings
  • foster deep collaboration between Product, Marketing, and Sales teams
  • orchestrate the go-to-market strategy and commercial roadmap for upcoming product launches
  • define key operational metrics and performance targets
  • lead cross-functional working groups to address blockers and manage project dependencies
  • design and map the ideal customer journey

Requirements

  • background in go-to-market, strategy, or product management, ideally within a SaaS environment
  • natural ability to lead through influence and build relationships based on trust and transparency
  • analytical mindset allowing you to use data and commercial acumen to solve complex problems
  • ownership mindset and project management discipline to lead multiple streams of work
  • excellent communication skills, including presenting to executives
  • collaborative and low-ego approach valuing different perspectives
