Responsibilities
Responsible for a portion of customer sales activities of new aerospace and defense accounts
Act as the Account Manager and key contact for Business Development Managers
Provide support for inquiries, purchase orders, shipments, and payments
Develop new and existing accounts by building rapport and providing world class customer service
Support growth initiatives for long product bars and tubes, machined components, forgings, and cut solutions
Serve as the central point of contact for Business Development Managers
Prospect through cold calling
Manage customer pricing and contracts
Monitor and resolve issues related to past-due accounts receivable
Strengthen customer relationships through regular communication
Requirements
High school diploma with at least 7 years of experience in inside sales, customer relationship management, or other commercial experience
Associate's degree in business or related field, with at least 4 years of experience in inside sales, customer relationship management, or other commercial experience
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, with at least 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer relationship management, or other commercial experience
