About the role
- Project Manager for Digital Transformation Projects handling customer projects with Atlassian and DevOps focus at XALT. Collaborating closely with various departments to ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- You will work closely with colleagues from Consulting, DevOps, Software Development and Marketing on digital transformation projects with an Atlassian and DevOps focus.
- You play a key role in ensuring our clients’ success and help them understand their challenges and achieve their goals.
- You support customers in implementing digital transformation projects and manage multiple projects and clients to ensure smooth delivery.
- You actively participate in client meetings and ensure trusted, professional client experiences.
- You are highly organized and coordinate projects with regard to resources, time, budget and objectives.
- You actively contribute to establishing and optimizing processes and to creating new structures and workflows within the company.
Requirements
- You hold a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Digitalization or a comparable qualification.
- You bring at least 5 years of relevant experience in project management of IT/digitalization projects.
- You have experience delivering and coordinating client projects.
- You have a strong technical understanding and experience applying project management methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- You have experience with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence.
- You have fluent German and English (business/professional proficiency).
