Regional Manager responsible for strategic partnerships and credit management within Wiz Co. Focused on team leadership, performance, and relationship building in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
Maintain strategic relationships with the accredited network, following the Unit's guidelines and directives;
Ensure the achievement of goals and objectives defined for your region (expansion, business and quality);
Build a monthly agenda to maintain relationships and define commercial actions with the accredited network and Banrisul;
Operationalize and disseminate the strategy to the Corbans (bank correspondents of the accredited network);
Conduct visits to Corbans, recording meetings and action plans to improve results;
Monitor performance and results, acting to correct disparities among Corbans;
Run local sales campaigns to facilitate Corbans' attainment of your jurisdiction's targets (accredited network);
Ensure the dissemination of a sales culture for products among Corbans (credit, consórcio and other financial products);
Act as a formative leader for the Account Executive, contributing decisively to their professional development;
Monitor, evaluate and ensure the Account Executive meets their targets;
Comply with the guidelines contained in the Code of Ethics and Conduct, ensuring Corbans observe these guidelines.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree;
Solid experience in Commercial area and with payroll-deductible credit (consigned loans);
Experience managing teams;
Experience in a management/leadership role;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Office Suite);
Experience managing results and collective targets;
Availability to travel;
Possess a valid driver's license (CNH).

Knowledge of Financial Mathematics;
Knowledge of Power BI;
CRM management experience;
Completed postgraduate degree.
