About the role

• Production Manager responsible for material and information flow in hybrid role at KUHN. Collaborating with production and assembly teams while optimizing processes and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• You organize and manage the material and information flow in our production (work preparation)
• You support the scheduling and planning of our assembly capacities
• You work closely with the Head of Production & Assembly and independently manage internal projects
• You analyze production KPIs and derive process optimization opportunities
• You collaborate with various departments and ensure transparent workflows between production, assembly and planning

Requirements

• You hold a completed bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., mechanical engineering or equivalent)
• Alternatively, you have a vocational qualification with further training as a state-certified technician
• You have strong organizational skills and work in a structured manner
• You are very confident with Excel, enjoy data analysis and have a good numerical understanding
• You think analytically and quickly recognize interdependencies in production processes
• You work independently but also enjoy developing solutions as part of a team
• Working with common PC systems is second nature to you
