Responsibilities
Responsibility for preserving asset value, overseeing maintenance and handling fault management for your assigned properties, including preparing and coordinating appropriate measures
Assessment and optimization of energy management, environmental protection, fire safety and security activities related to building systems
Management, control and documentation of maintenance and repair measures, as well as pursuing warranty claims
Preparation of property-specific tenders, budget and schedule plans, and preparation of monthly and quarterly reports
Commissioning and supervision of technical and infrastructural service providers
Review and approval of invoices
Participation in projects and handling of special tasks
Reporting on operating costs, technical deployments, maintenance and warranty management
Requirements
Completed technical vocational training with an additional commercial qualification, or a degree in Facility Management / Real Estate Management
Several years of professional experience in the technical management of commercial and residential properties
Strong communication and analytical skills, with a structured, solution-oriented working approach
Confident user of standard software, especially MS Excel
High customer focus, commitment and assertiveness
Driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel occasionally are advantageous
