Responsibilities
Manage and develop a team of market intelligence specialists, setting high intellectual and execution standards for the studies under your management, defining clear goals and ensuring the quality and relevance of delivered analyses.
Promote technical training and the sharing of competencies among your team's specialists in Storytelling, Data Analysis, Statistics, Market Research, Competitive Intelligence, Business Financial Modeling, Customer Experience, Web Analytics and Data Visualization, ensuring delivery of complex projects and the efficiency of a multidisciplinary specialist team.
Plan and conduct complex market studies to understand trends in the basic education (K–12), higher education and continuing education sectors.
Monitor competitor behavior and student needs.
Translate complex data into strategic recommendations for Expansion, Sales, Marketing, Product and other areas, focusing on creating revenue growth opportunities.
Manage complex short- and long-term projects, distributing tasks across the specialist team and ensuring prioritization and delivery deadlines aligned with company strategy.
Act as the focal point for market intelligence requests, coordinating the needs of different areas and senior management.
Communicate and present study results clearly and concisely to senior management, preparing consultancy-level presentations.
