About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop, write, and execute communication plans for clinical operations initiatives
  • Create, write, edit, and proofread content for various channels (newsletters, email updates, website, intranet, etc.)
  • Serve as communications liaison between clinical operations leadership and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with marketing, media relations, and digital teams to develop creative assets
  • Assist with crisis communications or urgent operational communications
  • Uphold consistency in messaging and branding
  • Develop, write, and maintain clinic-based patient education materials
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications
  • 5+ years of Marketing experience
  • No specific certification/professional license required
