Responsibilities
Professional care of chronic and/or hard-to-heal wounds
Digital wound documentation
Advising, caring for and educating patients and their relatives
Close collaboration with other professionals involved in wound care to ensure optimal patient treatment
Ensuring prescription and supply management
Maintaining and expanding the existing client base
Compliance with legal regulations and guidelines
Requirements
State-recognized qualification as a registered nurse (adult or pediatric), geriatric nurse, or certified nursing professional
Professional experience in wound care is an advantage but not required
Completed further training as a wound care specialist or willingness to undertake such training
Strong communication skills and a good understanding of patient needs
Reliable and responsible working approach
Valid driver's license (Class B / car)
