Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day operations in the surgical outpatient clinic (patient flow, room and resource planning)
Ensure a structured patient intake process and availability for inquiries
Appointment and resource management, and organization of cover arrangements
Assist with examinations and treatments
Participate in projects for process optimization and digitalization
Train and supervise MFA trainees
Conduct trainings on KIS, TI/ePA 3.0 and GDPR
Requirements
Completed vocational training in healthcare (e.g., Medical Assistant - MFA, healthcare administration clerk) or a completed degree (e.g., Bachelor in Health/Nursing Management or similar)
Several years of experience in a leadership role or in project/process management in outpatient or clinical settings
Ideally additional qualification/training in practice management — if not yet completed, willingness to obtain this qualification as part of the role
Ideally additional qualification/training as a practice instructor
Knowledge of KIS (ideally ORBIS), TI/ePA 3.0 and MS Office
Experience in team coordination, appointment management and medical terminology
Service-oriented with strong communication skills
