About the role

  • Integrationsmanager supporting foreign employees in adapting to Germany in a healthcare setting. Providing assistance with housing, bureaucracy, mobility, technology, and personal support.

Responsibilities

  • Support for foreign employees newly arriving in Germany to work in our facility
  • Assistance with finding housing, local shopping options, healthcare providers and banks
  • Help with official appointments, preparing for meetings and understanding procedures
  • Advice on public transport, route planning and ticketing systems
  • Assistance with mobile phone and internet contracts and using apps
  • Point of contact for organizational matters and a compassionate ear for challenges

Requirements

  • Empathy, patience and a genuine interest in people
  • Mobility (driver’s license and access to a private car)
  • Intercultural sensitivity and respectful communication
  • Strong organizational skills and enjoyment in solving everyday problems
  • Independent, structured working style with a high level of personal responsibility
