About the role
- Quality Manager in production technology ensuring compliance with ISO standards for global industrial projects. Involves analyzing deviations and improving quality management systems.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document quality-related deviations.
- Evaluate relevant quality metrics and initiate corrective and improvement measures.
- Further develop the existing quality management system and ensure ongoing certification readiness for ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
- Plan, conduct, and follow up on internal process and quality audits.
- Create, update, and manage QMS documentation.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement process to optimize internal workflows.
- Ensure compliance with and implementation of the TCM quality standard.
- Monitor adherence to quality requirements and legal regulations in relevant company areas.
- Work closely with Production, Development, and Sales to ensure product and process quality.
Requirements
- Completed technical training as an Industrial Mechanic, Machining Technician (Zerspanung), Precision Mechanic, or Mechanical Engineering Technician.
- Valid certification as a Quality Manager according to ISO 9001:2015.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, ideally with experience in machining environments.
- Business-oriented thinking and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Clear and persuasive communication with internal and external partners.
- Confident command of English, both written and spoken.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel within Central Europe.
- Initiative and a solution-focused mindset.
- Knowledge of IT security processes is an advantage.
- Good IT user skills and experience with SAP are desirable.
