Responsibilities
Proactively engage with prospective and existing advertisers via phone, email and chat in Arabic
Understand clients' marketing objectives and recommend suitable advertising solutions
Demonstrate the platform's advertising products
Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to negotiation and contract closure
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
Collaborate with account management and technical teams to resolve campaign issues
Collect and relay advertiser feedback to inform product improvements
Participate in training, coaching and regular performance reviews
Requirements
Native-level Arabic and professional working proficiency in English (B2 or above)
At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in digital advertising, media sales or a SaaS environment
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
Familiarity with digital advertising concepts (CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS), campaign optimisation and basic analytics
Strong negotiation, persuasion and relationship-building skills
Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads
