Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional onboarding, training, and support for HR software clients
  • Provide tailored training, answer queries
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience
  • Collaborate with Client Success Managers and Client Experience Team

Requirements

  • Experienced customer service professional with at least 2 years in a client-facing role
  • Understanding of building trust and delivering a supportive, solutions-focused experience
  • Naturally detail-oriented and highly organised
  • Confident using technology and quick to learn new systems and tools
  • Keen eye for spotting patterns or recurring issues
