Responsibilities
Provide partner-level leadership over PCS administrative and operational matters, ensuring consistent execution of practice priorities
Lead PCS scheduling, resource planning, and capacity management efforts in coordination with practice and firm leadership
Oversee the PCS performance review and evaluation process, including calibration and leadership input
Play a central role in PCS compensation planning and execution, ensuring alignment with firm strategy and economics
Serve as a PCS leader for technology implementation, adoption, and process transformation initiatives
Drive standardization, efficiency, and scalability across PCS operational processes
Collaborate nationally with PCS, Tax, and firmwide leaders on strategic and cross-functional initiatives
Support governance, quality, and risk management efforts in partnership with Independence, Quality, and Risk teams
Mentor and develop partner and senior-level leaders across the PCS practice
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
CPA, JD, or equivalent professional credential
15+ years of progressive experience in public accounting
Prior experience as a Partner or senior Director/Managing Director
Demonstrated leadership in administrative, operational, or practice management roles
