- Ensure successful implementation of Workday Payroll solution
- Elicit and document customer business requirements
- Configure Workday solution to meet requirements
- Support client and data conversion teams in legacy data conversion
- Assist client in testing Workday solution
- Communicate regularly with project engagement manager
- Mentor new Consultants
- Participate in update training
Requirements
- 6+ years implementing Payroll and HCM solutions
- Previous consulting experience
- 6+ years implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP or similar applications
- Experience with Payroll, Time & Labor, Labor Costing, Labor Allocation, Payroll Accounting, HCM business process, Benefits, Absence Management, Compensation, Performance Management
- 8+ years for Principal Payroll Consultant role
- Strong industry knowledge
