About the role

  • Sr Payroll Consultant providing implementation expertise for Workday Payroll solutions. Engaging clients to document requirements, configure solutions, and assist with testing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure successful implementation of Workday Payroll solution
  • Elicit and document customer business requirements
  • Configure Workday solution to meet requirements
  • Support client and data conversion teams in legacy data conversion
  • Assist client in testing Workday solution
  • Communicate regularly with project engagement manager
  • Mentor new Consultants
  • Participate in update training

Requirements

  • 6+ years implementing Payroll and HCM solutions
  • Previous consulting experience
  • 6+ years implementing Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP or similar applications
  • Experience with Payroll, Time & Labor, Labor Costing, Labor Allocation, Payroll Accounting, HCM business process, Benefits, Absence Management, Compensation, Performance Management
  • 8+ years for Principal Payroll Consultant role
  • Strong industry knowledge
